Sue Riley
Sue started her Pilates career after a car accident caused neck and back pain in 2001. After 3 months of Pilates, her pain was gone! It was then that she decided to become a Pilates Instructor and help others who may have had injuries. Currently, Sue is certified thru the Pilates Method Alliance in all equipment and matwork and also a certified Personal Trainer. Cindi Thomas
Cindi has been a trainer in the health and fitness industry for 30 years. As founder of Medfit Rehab and Wellness Providers, her strengths are injury prevention and rehabilitation. She takes a holistic approach by bringing together the mental, nutritional and physical aspects of wellness. Cindi is certified in Pilates, Spinning, Nutrition and Sports Medicine.

Kalena Crosby
Kalena, a Salt Lake City native, is a passionate wellness enthusiast who discovered Pilates during her years as a dancer. After sustaining an injury a decade ago, Pilates became the cornerstone of her recovery and fitness journey, helping her rebuild strength, flexibility, and resilience.
Currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Kalena emphasizes the mind-body connection in her approach to wellness. Trained in both classical and modern Pilates, she works with clients of all abilities, tailoring sessions to meet their unique needs. Kalena specializes in working with athletes and individuals seeking to enhance their fitness and overall well-being, guiding them to achieve their goals through mindful movement and personalized instruction.
When she’s not teaching, Kalena enjoys running and hiking.
